One of the float tubes that got my attention recently is this inflatable fishing tube from Togiak. It’s pretty comfy, easy to use, assembles quickly, and makes fishing more fun.
I have been using it for quite a while now, and I absolutely love it. I recommend it to everyone but simply saying that isn’t going to work.
While I love it, somebody may not, so I thought, why not give my review and let smart people like you decide whether you want it or not? So, without further ado, let’s get started.
Spoiler – Togiak fishing float tube is fantastic. I recommend it, but if you want an even better float tube, check out the Cumberland Fishing tube review or Bighorn Float Tube review, which is also from Classic Accessories.
But if you want a cheap tube for occasional use, then check the Teton float tube review.

Starting from the design, it has a beautiful yellow and black color that is easily spotted in the pond/lake where you will be fishing. The color isn’t shiny but mat-like, which gives it a classy look. Not only does it look great, but it is also very sturdy. It’s made from 420 denier nylon material.
This nylon makes it strong enough to withstand most of the rough situations you’ll get while fishing. But if an unfortunate event tore it, Togiak got you covered. Togiak offers a 1-year warranty for this tube, and they really mean it. Below is what happened to one of the buyers –
“An unfortunate bad hookset tore a hole in a bladder larger than I wanted to patch. Classic’s customer service sent me replacements in less than a week.”
So, the person(Robert) got the replacement without any hassle. Impressive!
Now, the people getting it for the first time may think – If it got a hole, won’t the person sink? Well, NO, because this tube and most float tubes, in general, are multi-bladdered. It means that it has multiple bladder layers, so if one got punctured, the other would keep you afloat.
Due to incorrect balance may tilt a bit but will get you safely to the shore. However, if all the layers get punctured, then it’s a problem. Then your PFD or personal flotation device(or life jacket) will help you. While that’s an infrequent occasion, always keep the best fishing life jacket for full safety.
One of the most crucial things is comfort, and this tube is really comfortable. It has two layers of foam underneath the seat that makes it comfy and higher. Plus, the high back stadium seat with an adjustable backrest provides additional comfort. People say it’s uncomfortable, and that’s true, but only until you adjust it.
This thing has straps that you can adjust to angle the seat according to your preference. If you want a straight seat, make it tight and vice-versa. Believe me; it’ll keep you comfortable the whole time. People ask one question here:
Why is the seat placed higher? To ensure your elbows don’t dig in the bladder(side floats) and you have accessible pocket space. It’s one of the problems most float tubes have; thankfully, it’s not here.
The pocket has plenty of these that offer more storage options than you might need. It can hold most of your fishing gear easily. You got different pockets for items like reel, gear, small mesh, and flat zip pockets(for keeping fish).

Outside the pockets, you have more mesh pockets to store your small items. While I love the pockets, I wish they were big enough to hold a full-size tackle tray, but that’s not a big problem. You still have one space left.
Behind the seat is a mesh pocket where you can store the big items. Since it’s mesh, things can get wet, so keep them in a waterproof bag(or at least some bag). I personally put my life jacket on the bottom and my bag on top to keep it far from the water. This bag can hold your tray and other fishing essentials.
If you still have some gears left, like floating fish baskets or stringers, then the D-rings on the sides can help. This tube has a mesh stripping apron with a fishing ruler on the front that hints at your performance. It basically shows how long the fish is.
This thing is Roomy yet easy to maneuver on the water. And its stability is what I LOVE. It’s as stable a fishing platform as I can ask for in a float tube. Even though it’s huge, it hardly weighs 15 lbs, which makes carrying it a breeze. Additionally, the backpack straps make it convenient to transport.
It’s good when you have to carry it for more than 20 feet. You may get some exciting looks taking it, which is really hilarious. Of course, it’s not often people see a huge jet pack-like thing strapped on the back. At least, that’s what it looks like.
Once the fun part is over, you can easily deflate it. Once deflated or even half-deflated, you can easily fit into the back of even a small car. My only complaint is that it has a smaller valve, making it difficult for users to check the amount of air pumped in.
Overall, I love this float tube, and I am pretty sure you’ll too. So, what are you waiting for?

Weighing only 15 pounds, this floating tube can easily hold up to 300 lbs. It’s quite roomy yet easy to maneuver in the water. This offers a comfy high seat that takes comfort to the next level.
Plus, the added length ensures your elbow doesn’t dig inside the bladder, so you can easily access the pockets. There are plenty of pockets offering more storage than you need.
You got a different pocket for different gears. And how can I forget the fishing rod holder? This tube is sturdy, and its 420 denier nylon helps it withstand rough outdoor elements.
It has a mesh strip apron and a fish ruler for knowing how good your game is. It gets pretty big at 55 inches long, 47 inches wide, and 19 inches high when inflated.
But the shoulder backpack straps make carrying it to the water easier. And once deflated, it gets small enough to fit even in the back of a small car. In simple words, it will level up your fishing game.

What I Love –
I love many things about this fishing float tube, and I have mentioned them below. I think I did talk about them in my review, but I’m again saying them to you.
1. Plenty of Storage –
This tube has many pockets that offer plenty of storage space, even more than most people need. I found it sufficient and well-placed. All the pockets are easily accessible, thanks to the high seat.
You get different types of pockets for different gears like reel, gear, small mesh, and flat zip pockets(for keeping fish). So, most of your gear will be stored here, especially the small ones. The bigger ones, like your PFD or tackle box, will get on the back of the seat.
In simple words, you get plenty of storage space.
2. Light and easy to transport –
Though it gets bigger in dimension, it only weighs 15 pounds, making transportation a breeze. You can easily carry it around. Plus, its backpack strap is a nice BONUS.
It makes it convenient to transport, especially if you take it over 20 feet. It gets even handier when deflated, so I love how easily it transports.
3. Sturdy and floats well –
It is made from 420 denier nylon material, which is a very sturdy material if you don’t know. It’s designed to tackle outdoor use and resist unwanted punctures and ripping.
I don’t have any complaints about the quality as of now. However, one of the users did get the bladder punctured by bad hooksets, but Classic Accessories got him covered and sent the replacement.
So, while it holds the outdoor elements pretty well, make sure you are doing everything right on your side. Don’t put anything faulty that has sharp edges.
Coming to the second part, it floats really well. Of course, that’s the first thing you’ll expect from a “floating tube.” The large bladders provide the right buoyancy while you are enjoying fishing.
4. Adjustable backrest –
When people get this floating tube, they immediately judge that the seating is bad and uncomfortable. However, they don’t realize that it has an adjustable backrest.
So, you can adjust your seat’s angle however you like and make it comfortable for yourself. It’s even better than simple seats, as you get a customized seat.
Once adjusted, the foam inside makes sure you remain comfortable all the time. I don’t remember being uneasy about this thing. And I think it won’t either, thanks to the adjustable backrest.
5. One-Year warranty –
Classic Accessories offers a year-long warranty on the Togiak tube, and they really stand by that. They are so confident about their product that they don’t have any problem giving out a warranty.
While most people won’t have any problem if in case you did, they’ll replace it. And they did it for one user who ripped the bladder from the bad hookset. Anyway, they didn’t bother and sent a replacement in a week.

6. Other things –
Some of the other things I like it the mesh stripping apron and fish ruler that hold your fish and give a quick measurement. The fishing rod holder makes fishing effortless, and D-rings to hold other gears.
Additionally, it offers mesh pockets outside the bladder pockets for storing small items. And finally, the classy color that looks legit on the water.
What I Hate –
Nothing, to be really honest. I don’t have any real complaints as of now.
People Review About the Togiak Float Tube –
“I got this float tube about three weeks ago. I used it right away, and it’s perfect. Easy to set up, easy to transport. I strap it to the roof of my car. I have since made a rod holder system that clips to its side. Holds 3 rods, my fish finder, and my coffee holder. I have caught some huge bass and pike on my float tube that I know I wouldn’t have caught from shore.”
— Togiak User
“The Togiak is roomy yet easy to maneuver on the water, easy to backpack, and has more storage in the pockets than I really need. The two D rings on each side are great for attaching floating fish baskets and stringers or accessories.”
